AC 400 V Panels for 66/20 kV Substations (Contract 23/2022)

Scope & Outcome

Design, manufacture, supply, testing, and training for alternating current (AC) 400 V switching and distribution panels serving multiple 66/20 kV substations: Al Shilfatiyah Al Qardahah, Al-Bassit, Jableh, North Tartous, Bab An-Nayrab, and Al-Maahad.

The new low-voltage boards standardize feeder protection and control across sites, improve maintainability, and provide safer isolation, clear labeling, and coordinated protection for station auxiliaries. Factory and site testing ensured conformity with specifications and integration with existing medium-voltage systems.

Deliverables

Design & manufacturing of AC 400 V switchboards (incoming, bus-section, outgoing feeders) per project specs.
Factory acceptance tests (FAT): visual, dielectric, functional, and protection checks with reports.
Delivery & site services: supervision of placement, interconnection, and terminations.
Site acceptance testing (SAT): feeder functional tests, interlocks, and labeling verification.
Documentation: as-built single-line diagrams, wiring drawings, O&M manuals, and spare parts lists.
Training for operators and maintenance staff on operation, protection settings, and routine inspection.
