Explore our core capabilities in electrical contracting, manufacturing, rehabilitation, procurement, and testing & commissioning.
We deliver EPC turnkey electrical contracting for substations and power infrastructure—covering engineering and design, procurement, installation, civil works, and commissioning. Our turnkey model provides a single point of accountability to support on-time, cost-effective project delivery.
Over the past 25 years, we have completed more than 40 turnkey projects across high-voltage networks up to 400 kV and low-voltage distribution systems. Our experience includes substations from 10 MVA distribution class up to more than 1000 MVA bulk supply substations, serving utilities, industrial clients, and critical infrastructure.
Projects are executed in alignment with international standards for safety, reliability, and efficiency. We coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and local authorities to integrate electrical, civil, and mechanical works—reducing risk and delivering dependable, long-term performance.
Contract C-55-2008: Delivered to the Syrian Company for Oil Transport in Banias, Syria.
Our manufacturing division designs, assembles, and tests electrical panels and control systems to meet international performance and safety standards through verified quality procedures.
We build panels for LV, MV, and HV applications, including excitation, protection & control, and AC/DC distribution panels. Engineering, wiring, and assembly are handled in-house by experienced teams.
We also produce sheet metal and enclosures in-house using CAD design and CNC machines to ensure robust, precise construction and consistent product quality.
Over the past 25 years, we have delivered hundreds of tested panels for utilities, oil & gas, and industrial customers, including custom solutions integrating protection relays, SCADA, and automation systems.
Contract C-355 (Al-Nashabiah): Manufactured panels for 1 of 12 66/20kV outdoor substations delivered by Rabbat-Electric all around Syria.
We rehabilitate and upgrade substations and electrical networks affected by faults, disasters, conflict-related damage, or aging equipment—restoring safe operation and extending asset life.
Our rehabilitation work ranges from replacing medium-voltage switchgear, protection systems, and damaged components to full refurbishment and recommissioning of substations affected by fire or equipment failure. After the recent earthquake, our teams performed urgent rehabilitation of irrigation pumping stations to restore essential water supply.
We have delivered projects with international organizations such as UNDP, ICRC, and FAO, reflecting both technical capability and a commitment to recovery and long-term community resilience.
