We manage entire electrical projects from engineering and design, to procurement, installation, civil works, and commissioning. Our turnkey approach ensures on-time and cost-effective delivery of substations and electrical infrastructure, while giving clients a single, reliable point of accountability throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Over the past 25 years, we have successfully delivered more than 40 turnkey projects. Our experience spans high-voltage networks up to 400 kV down to low-voltage distribution systems, covering substations from 10 MVA distribution class up to more than 1000 MVA bulk supply substations. This wide range allows us to serve utilities, industries, and critical infrastructure projects with the same level of technical expertise.
Each project is executed with strict adherence to international standards, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency across every phase of development. Our teams coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and local authorities, integrating electrical, civil, and mechanical works seamlessly. This holistic approach not only guarantees technical excellence, but also minimizes delays and risks, delivering lasting value and operational resilience to every client we serve.
Contract C-55-2008: Delivered to the Syrian Company for Oil Transport in Banias, Syria.
Our manufacturing division designs, assembles, and tests a wide range of electrical panels and control systems. By combining modern production techniques with strict quality checks, we ensure every product meets international performance and safety standards.
We build panels for LV, MV, and HV applications, including excitation, protection & control, and AC/DC distribution panels. All engineering, wiring, and assembly are handled in-house by our expert teams.
Even the sheet metal and enclosures are produced in-house with CAD design and CNC machines, ensuring robust and precise construction. This vertical integration gives us full control over quality and reliability.
Over the past 25 years, we have delivered hundreds of tested panels to utilities, oil & gas, and industrial clients, often with custom-built solutions integrating protection relays, SCADA, and automation systems.
Contract C-355 (Al-Nashabiah): Manufactured panels for 1 of 12 66/20kV outdoor substations delivered by Rabbat-Electric all around Syria.
We restore, repair, and upgrade substations and electrical networks that have been damaged due to faults, war, natural disasters, or aging equipment. Our rehabilitation services are designed to extend the lifespan of critical assets, restore safe operation, and modernize systems to meet today’s technical requirements.
Over the years, we have carried out numerous rehabilitation projects across Syria, ranging from the replacement of damaged medium-voltage switchgear and protection systems, to the full refurbishment and recommissioning of substations affected by fire, equipment failure, or conflict-related damage. Following the recent earthquake, our teams also undertook urgent rehabilitation of irrigation pumping stations, restoring water supply to farming communities and safeguarding local livelihoods.
Many of these efforts have been delivered in partnership with international organizations such as UNDP, ICRC, and FAO, reflecting not only our technical capabilities, but also our commitment to humanitarian recovery and long-term community resilience.
Contract C-21-2022: Rehabilitation and recommissioning of damaged 6.6 kV MV switchgears for the Syrian Company for Oil Transport in Banias, Syria.
We source and supply a wide range of high-quality electrical and mechanical equipment, including relays, breakers, transformers, protection systems, starter engines, and more.
Every product we deliver is carefully selected to meet both the technical requirements of our clients and international safety and performance standards.
Through long-standing good relations with global manufacturers and suppliers, we ensure timely delivery of certified equipment, supported by full technical documentation and after-sales assistance.
Our strong procurement network allows us to respond quickly to urgent needs as well as large-scale projects, providing clients with reliable solutions that keep their operations running without interruption.
Contract C-20341-2022: Procurement and installation of a starting engine for Banias Power Plant in Syria.
Our engineers specialize in testing, commissioning, and energizing electrical systems, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation from day one. With decades of field experience, we bring a proven methodology to every project, whether it is a new installation or the integration of additional systems into existing infrastructure.
Our services cover the full spectrum of commissioning activities, including protection relay calibration, control and automation system integration, SCADA and DCS testing, and the complete commissioning of substations and power plants.
We also perform factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT), system synchronization, and end-to-end validation to verify that every component meets design requirements before energization. This process minimizes risks, prevents costly downtime, and guarantees operational reliability.
By following international standards and best practices, we help clients achieve a smooth transition from construction to operation, ensuring that their electrical systems are fully optimized and future-ready from the very first day of service.
