220 V direct current distribution panels — 230/66/20 kV substations

Scope & Outcome

Manufacture and supply of 220 V direct current distribution panels for 230/66/20 kV substations at Jableh, Aleppo B, Maskanah, and Al-Sakhour. These boards distribute secure direct current to protection relays, control circuits, trip/close coils, and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) and remote terminal unit (RTU) equipment.

The standardized design improves reliability, maintainability, and safety across sites with clear segmentation, fused feeders, front labeling, and test points—supporting dependable breaker operation and protection system performance during outages and disturbances.

Deliverables

Design and manufacturing of 220 V direct current distribution boards to specification.
Factory acceptance testing (FAT) with reports: wiring checks, insulation, polarity, and feeder function tests.
Supply and logistics to all designated substations with packing lists and handling instructions.
Site services (as required): supervision for installation, terminations, and integration with battery/charger systems.
Documentation: as-built drawings, single-line diagrams, schedules, and operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals.
Training for station technicians on safe operation, routine checks, and troubleshooting.
