- Engineering and detailed design under Rabbat Electric LLC technical supervision.
- Procurement of equipment from partnered manufacturers (GE, AREVA, ALSTOM, Siemens) as required by 66 kilovolt class.
- Civil works, installation, and on-site assembly.
- Testing, commissioning, and handover to the client.
